Agency History

Advantage Health of Central Indiana, LLC was founded in September of 2020 by Morgan Powell and Robert Lannerd. Together, they bring over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Morgan and Robert both have experience with the Children's Mental Health Waiver, the Children's Mental Health Initiative, and with the Department of Child Services. The agency is contracted directly with DMHA, Medicaid, and Choices Coordinated Care Solutions. Currently, AH has a total of 16 contractors and is actively growing. The agency was founded to serve the SED population ages 6-17 in central Indiana. The agency currently focuses on children's mental health, providing Habilitation, Family Support Training, Skills Training and Development, and Respite services. The agency will be contracting with DCS to provide community services that include Case Management, Supervised Visitation, Parenting Education, and Home-Based therapy in the near future.

Advantage Health of Central Indiana, LLC strives to provide proficient services using evidence-based practice models that include trauma-informed intervention and continuity of care to children of the SED population. As an agency, we work directly with families and provider teams to ensure the mental health needs of at-risk children are met and every child we work with has all of the tools for success!
